Shipping Information

Remember to take care when packing your hearing aids for shipping to avoid risk of damage. Wrap your hearing aids in sealed anti-static dry padded clean material that will protect your investment in your hearing care. Be sure to include enough sealed anti-static dry padded clean material so that your hearing aids do not shift around in the box. Mark the box with the word “Fragile” on each side with permanent marker or “Fragile” stickers. You are responsible for packing your hearing aids properly and we want to make sure they are delivered to us in good order. We care about your hearing!
