Hello, we started offering hearing aid repair directly to consumers in response to all hearing aid centers closing during covid and given that hearing aids were generally not covered by insurance. Over the last few years, we are glad for hearing aid wearers that most hearing aids are covered by insurance and the need for hearing aid repair has declined. Accordingly, we are curtailing our hearing aid repair offering. We will, of course, honor all warranty claims.
